Sambel seger blimbing is made of sliced green tomatoes are mixed with various other spices sauce. This sauce is not as popular other sauce and this sauce does not match the name and form of the sauce itself.
sauce ingredients:
2 pieces green tomatoes
1 / 2 tablespoons sugar and salt
2 pieces of green chilli
and paste to taste (optional)
how to make:
The first cut all the ingredients are prepared into small pieces.
then mix all ingredients and mix until well blended.

Culture Works Ludruk Mojokerto
In Mojokerto ludruk performing arts tradition is inherent in the daily life of society. Remarkably in Mojokerto art was initiated by a member of the Auxiliary Police Jetis named Cak.
